We have owned our Villa in Windsor Hills Resort since 2012 and have been renting our Villa ( when not enjoying it ourselves ) since that time. We live in the U.K. and employ a Mgt Company to look after our Villa although we deal with our own bookings. We know Andrew and Laura well, I also own an Apartment in Tenerife and Laura was my Cleaner, both Andrew and Laura have stayed in our Villa and vlogged it for their youtube channel. We are the closest Villa you can rent to the fantastic Windsor Hills Clubhouse and kids Splash Park with a south facing pool deck and a lake view so no rear neighbours. We are active members of the Windsor Hills Owners Forum and we are well known within the Community after 13 years of ownership. Our Villa is a 5 bedroom 5 bathroom Pool and Spa Family Home.
