Privately owned and professionally managed, this luxury vacation house comfortably sleeps 10, includes a fully-equipped kitchen, 40″ to 60″ TVs throughout the house. Private pool and spa is not overlooked from the back, and privacy panels on each side grant extra privacy. Saving the best for last is the newly renovated Villains themed private in-home theater and game room! Featuring a 110″ projector, comfortable seating for 6 and foosball table.

Windsor Hills is the closest resort rental community to Walt Disney World Resort. From door-to-door, you can generally be from our home to a Disney theme park quicker than staying on-site and relying on Disney bus transportation — which runs every 30 minutes, makes multiple stops, and can take a long time to unload once you arrive at the Park.

There are dozens of restaurants within a 10 minute radius, and many stores including Walmart, Target and Publix. Most of our guests use rental cars, and you can easily park 3 cars in our private driveway. An Uber (or taxi) to and from Disney will run about $10-12 each way, depending on destination.
Other communities such as Encore, Solterra, Windsor Westside and Championsgate can be nearly 30-60 minutes each way to Disney — that’s a lot of time in the car! Be sure to check Google Maps and factor in traffic if you are considering another rental community or location.
