Entrance Foyer
As you enter the villa you are greeted with a fabulous tiled hallway with the living room to your left, followed by the laundry next door. On the right, there is a boot room where you can hang your coats and leave your shoes.
The hallway then leads onto the spacious open-plan family room, kitchen and dining area beyond.

The living room to the front aspect includes a huge wrap around sectional couch in a beach themed chill out room. Perfect for quiet reading time or relaxation.
Laundry Room
The laundry room adjacent to the living room provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron for your convenience – enabling you to keep your luggage light so there is plenty of room for all those bargain designer clothes from the excellent local outlet malls.

The large sunny pool with a south-west facing deck benefits from splendid pond views to the south.
We have provided sun loungers for your sunbathing comfort and a patio table with sofa & chairs under the shady covered lanai.
The removable toddler screen is provided to prevent small children from wandering into the unsupervised pool so you know your children are safe.

Loft Entertainment Room
The loft entertainment room is situated on the landing area and is complete with a sofa, chairs, wall-mounted 55″ Smart TV, Xbox Live, Pool Table and board games plus a ceiling fan.
Master Bedroom #1
The large master bedroom with views overlooking the front gardens has been furnished with and a king-sized bed, matching nightstands, chest of drawers, walk-in dressing room, ceiling fan and Smart TV.
The connecting spacious en-suite bathroom has a large walk-in double shower, his & hers sinks and separate WC. We also provide a hairdryer.
Master Bedroom #2
The second master bedroom with views over the pool deck has a king sized bed, with matching nightstands, chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe, ceiling fan and a Smart TV.
Connecting ensuite bathroom has a bath with shower over, single vanity and WC.
Master Bedroom #3
The third master bedroom has a queen-sized bed with matching nightstands, chest of drawers, walk-in wardrobe, ceiling fan and Smart TV.
The Jack & Jill ensuite bathroom has a bath with shower over, 2 single vanity sinks and WC. This bathroom is also shared with bedroom #4 and the entertainment loft area.
Bunk Bedroom #4
This bedroom has a triple sleeper bunk (twin over full-size) with an under trundle bed, matching chest of drawers and bean bag seat. Sleeps up to 4 children. Complete with floor fan, a large walk-in wardrobe and a smart TV.

No need to get stressed on arrival – our villa has an electronic keypad entry system, so if you are delayed at the airport, you can get into the villa anytime of the day or night – no need to travel miles out of your way in unfamiliar territory to collect keys – just pull up on the drive, tap in the numerical code provided and your holiday can begin !!

Distance to Golf Course, Clubhouse & Resort Facilities
It is less than a 20 minutes walk (3 minutes drive) from the Providence Golf Course and the excellent resort clubhouse with community pool.
If cancellation is less than 12 weeks before stay then full rental amount is forfeited.
If more than 12 weeks then the 20% deposit is forfeited.
Owner reserves the right to cancel reservation of balance is not paid within 7 days of due date.
If through circumstances beyond our control we have to cancel your booking all monies paid will be refunded without interest or compensation.
